Hungry hamster

I just came upstairs to my room to find Cheeks sitting in his food bowl holding onto the bars with big "feed me" eyes. For a while he seemed to be quite insistent he was not getting out of his bowl until I fed him. Unfortunately hamsters don't understand Human so I couldn't explain the flaw in his plan.

One of my rats always insists in sitting in the bowl at feedtime. I always put two lots of food in the bowl so he sits and starts munching after the first refill so that I can't put enough in for the second. Fortunately he's quite easy to grab and chuck in a hammock while I fill the bowl up again.

My roommate has an aquatic turtle named Dave. Dave sometimes gets so overexcited when feeding time rolls around that he manages to flip himself over backwards in his tank. It's pretty funny to see.

Since he's mostly in his cage, no -- but he had a bath adventure tonight, which provides better photo-taking opportunity. I shall try next time he's in the bath :)
